CHAPTER ONE of Me and the Devil begins ONE YEAR after the news report of Tryst’s death. At this time, Glen hasn’t seen or spoken to Tryst for eighteen months.

 

This fictional story is recommended for mature adults who are familiar with the author’s writing style and the books in the Ruin series. Please keep in mind that many parts of this story, particularly the flashbacks, are based on real-life instances of child abuse.
